SDOTD - Oinkus - 04-20-2015 http://www.musiciansfriend.com/stupid just had to get a few of these just because they are 9" pedalboard cables for when 1 foot or 6 inches isn't just right. Yeah I ain't right , get over it. RE: SDOTD - Oinkus - 04-20-2015 Dang , not a single bit of insults about 6" or anything ? What is wrong with the world ? RE: SDOTD - Securb - 04-20-2015 People don't tend to get too wound up about guitar cables. RE: SDOTD - lreese - 04-20-2015 Has to be 7 inch... No more, no less... The rest of them suck horses balls... All of them.. Happy now? RE: SDOTD - Oinkus - 04-20-2015 They get wound up about things much more insignificant generally. Happier now ! I have cables that are 30 years old and I am pretty attached to the things that connect all the wonderful boxes together. I don't think there is any such thing as owning too many good cables. RE: SDOTD - lreese - 04-20-2015 Cables are different to me - the Bill Lawrences/George L's became too shrill over time. They do seem to retain a little more signal though vs other cables. Wished there was a standard cap version of Bill Lawrences - he made a good solderless system. Sweet spot (again to me) is about 10 to 12 feet with whirlwind or Mogami - then to a buffered effect. RE: SDOTD - LesStrat - 04-20-2015 I saw that you put your plug in for these cables, but I'm not the type to get a charge out of it. I'm not wired that way. RE: SDOTD - lreese - 04-21-2015 ^ That's re-volting!
RE: SDOTD - Oinkus - 04-21-2015 I am a big fan of the Planet Waves American Stage cables they made a new version with a kill switch just needs a right angle plug for me. I also bought 2 of the solderless pedalboard packages which also have been upgraded this year. |
