i could see that being pretty good. sweet and tart at the same time... sorta like a tomato.

Turkey burgers are indeed heresy.
Lamb, bison, beef, and bear are really the only meats I'd make burger out of.
Unless we're talking about using bacon for the fat content. That's just awesome.
