Here we go ! Just replaced the TM 18 in my setup , light enough to go on the ancient TV tray. Too early for noise still , got the midi footswitch and a set of JJs to replace the stock chinese crap. Will give the unbiased opinion after a good and thorough wanking.

Not able to use the midi switch and my FS 2 switch does not change the channels as described in the manual and on the website. Real bummer so far for saving a year to buy this.

At 48.9 lbs it is pretty light and seems to be loud enough for most rooms ,the red box direct out fixes any issues with bigger events. If only the damn $200 midi switch worked as stated.

Replaced the tubes with a set of JJs and it sounds better all around. Once the speaker is broken in it should be a fine addition to my setup. Waiting for another footswitch sent the first one back. H&K has awful service , voids the warranty by changing the tubes of all things. States in the manual that auto bias makes changing tubes safe and easy.They only answer warranty issues on Facebook apparently. Buying anything from them is not for those that are afraid of repairs and mods. Oh yeah on the website it states Register within 30 days and receive 3 years of warranty! Not available for North America and Russia. I sent back the card and wrote on it , fuck you and your shitty service and warranty.

Working on breaking in the speaker and I have determined it is plenty loud for anything. Might have to build a custom footswitch not sure yet. If you require more volume then this , you are stupid and probably deaf.
