It was kind of both. From a team standpoint, I don't think many of the Giants liked Plaxico anyway so I don't think it affected the locker room much at all. Plaxico flat out owns the Eagles though, I am happy that fucker is probably not playing for them anymore. What it allowed the Eagles to do yesterday is not roll a safety out to help cover him and they threw five in the box for most of the game. That and the wind rattled Eli early and he never snapped out of it.
However, Antonio Pierce blew a few defensive assignments. The week probably affected his game.
As for the Eagles, this is the healthiest Westbrook has been all year and they can use him to his potential again. Should be interesting.

As soon as Hixon dropped a 50+ yard catch, they did not have to double him like Plax. Eli hit guys in the numbers most of the day, but they dropped at least 4 balls. :shifty:
