This is a demo, so there's no bass yet, and I don't even know if I'm going to add lyrics or not. Lotsa guitar layers, lotsa hammond/synth layers too.
Don't expect it to cause revolutions in the world of sound and society, GOLDENVULTURE. It's just some cheeseball 70's style soundscapey prog rock. It's also almost 9 minutes long. :)
enjoy!

:toast: It's a neat idea. I like your tempo change. A bass line would help it and a decent mix with a bit of production.
I see twitlight has already made his presence felt.

yeah i need to sit on the basslines for a while untl something inspires me.
right now i'm kinda at a loss for ideas. Not really sure how I want to approach the bass for this. Meedly weedlies? solid driving rhythm/groove? No idea.
The tempo change... same tempo all the way through duder. Just changed to a double time feel.

That's the bit I meant. Doubling of the tempo, what ever ; it works well.
you bass line could follow the flow, paced like the first section and revved up at the doubling.
Doubling the tempo and cross rythms are things I like to use myself.
