How Hard Would It Be To Add A Chat Room On Here?

There was one on the Duncan forum years ago, but it kind of sucked. It may suck on here as well, but one never knows. I just thought I would ask. Sometimes I see people logged on here, and I have a quick question for them. Sometimes I see people on here and I could chat with them for awhile. Just wondering. It's probably a shitty idea, but I just thought I would throw it out there and ask. Thanks!!
