Prince Mongo

"Prince Mongo" stands proudly in his yard at 101 Venetian Way in the Daytona Beach area on April 9, 2010. He has a clothesline with women's undergarments and a mound of beach sand with chairs and a table and homemade art. He is in a battle with neighbors and code enforcement to clean up his yard.
