You guys can be the judge on this one. The wife (a hardcore Patriots fan) got Dolphins\Patriots tickets at work. She doesnââ¬â¢t want me wearing my Dolphins gear to the game because her coworkers will be at the game and she doesnââ¬â¢t want any friction with her Pats fans coworkers.
Now I am not a face painter and I donââ¬â¢t wear rainbow afro wigs and I donââ¬â¢t get in peopleââ¬â¢s faces or over celebrate when my team scores, I feel it is my right to wear my #34 Ricky Williams Jersey to Gillette Stadium. Especially seeing she got the tickets on the premise that her husband is a hardcore Dolphins fan.
Three other things to consider are the wife just dumped a bunch of cash on Patriots gear to wear to the game and we are sitting on the visitorââ¬â¢s side of the stadium. She also didnââ¬â¢t mind me wearing a #99 Jason Taylor shirt to The Linc last year to see The Eagles. What do you think?

I say go with the thong! In all seriousness who cares about wearing the Dolphins gear at Gillette, I think if it was Jets gear or Colts gear there could be some problems ;-). If your just wearing a jersey and the co-workers know your a dolphins fan I think they would be shocked if you came in Patriots gear. Although I would love to see some pictures of you in a Brady Jersey, haha. That would be worth paying $500/seat on Ebay.

P.S. I'm sure I don't need to say this but don't forget to go to the Sam Adams section and try the IIPA....Oh I also voted boycott the game so I can take your place! Ragdoll you know the number, haha!

You wore the jersey last year at Philadelphia, which I would think is the worst play to be a visiting side fan. And if you didn't have any issues there, you should be fine with the baked bean crowd.
Hell, still supporting the Fins after last season is a big showing of loyalty.
Will it blend? That is the question.

F THAT! You are a hardcore Dol-Fan. If your wife can't accept you for who you are then tough. You should be more important to her than her co-workers. F them. Wear your new Chad jersey and watch them lose proudly!

I'd say wear it...you have your right to show your support for the team. I'd think her coworkers would think it's funny and it's be a conversation starter, unless they are a bunch of humorless pricks.
If you don't wear the shirt the terrorists win.

That's what I was thinking. Plus my Ricky shirt is from 2002 they don't even sell them anymore. I have had people offer to buy that shirt off of my back. She has her choice it is the shirt or the thong.

Why not both?
