Heather Locklear was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence Saturday evening in Santa Barbara County, Calif.

"Around 4:30 p.m., a female witness saw Heather Locklear driving erratically while leaving a parking lot in Montecito," California Highway Patrol spokesman Tom Marshall tells PEOPLE. "The witness said Locklear was revving her engine loudly, and backed over a pair of sunglasses several times."

Soon after, the witness – who apparently didn't recognize the actress – spotted Locklear, 47, stopped on a nearby highway, exiting her vehicle.

Reports are swirling that Britney Spears' little sister Jamie Lynn Spears, 16, who gave birth to a daughter in July, is pregnant again.

But this time, pals are begging her to consider other options.

According to unidentified sources, Jamie Lynn didn't know a woman can get pregnant while breast-feeding. (Because mother's milk is a sure-fire contraceptive?)

“Jamie Lynn is eight weeks pregnant right now, and she and her mom [Lynne Spears] are hysterical,” revealed a close source. “Neither of them knows what to do, but for now they’re trying to keep the news from getting out."
