Good job, man. That all beer diet seems to be working out after all.

I am cooking beer bread! I just made one with a Sam Adams spiced white ale that is delicious. This is loaf two made with Harpoon Honey Cider and fresh apples. I will use that to make some kick butt french toast in the morning.

That bread sounds good.
For dinner I had Applewood Smoked Salmon: flame seared fillets with maple syrup, marjoram and a tangy mustard BBQ finishing sauce.

I'm eating some rice and a spicy 12-hour slow cooked beef shoulder stew. It is melting in my mouth.

Dinner tonight is a can of chicken and dumplings, some off brand I never heard of. I might eat it hobo style, out of the can with the lid peeled back. This could be a mistake.
