What's for dinner
I'm visiting a friend. For tea was chicken with mushroom sauce, vegies and roast potato. Desert which I don't usually have was a treat. Light fluffy merangue on top of rasberries and custard.

I don't know why they call it Hamburger Helper, it does just fine by itself.

Waffle iron tater tots and a double cheeseburger with Colby jack, sautéed onions and cherry tomatoes, lettuce, and a mayo of sorts made from Chinese chili garlic paste, thousand island dressing, ketchup, and chipotle powder. With a beer glass full of redbull to wash it down (the house is totally dry right now other than a small bottle of shitty moonshine).

I went to town today and bought like 45 pounds of meat. 1 beef brisket, 2 pork butts, and 3 racks of ribs.

The smoker is gonna get a workout this week.
