Man arrested as peeping Tom after being found under outhouse toilet

A Tulsa man who was arrested on allegations that he watched a woman and her 7-year-old daughter from underneath a White Water Park toilet near the Keystone Dam could face felony charges.

Kenneth Webster Enlow, 52, was arrested about 5 p.m. Sunday after being found covered in human waste inside the holding tank beneath a permanent outhouse at the park, which is west of Sand Springs.

The woman told sheriff’s deputies that she looked into the toilet and “saw the water move,” according to Enlow’s arrest report. “As she looked closer, she noticed that there was a man looking up at her,” the report states.

Enlow then sat in the tank for 15 minutes before police arrived, according to the report.

JULY 11--A Delaware man threw semen on a female customer shopping at Walmart Tuesday afternoon, police allege.
Cops arrested Frank J. Short Jr., 22, on an assortment of charges in connection with the repulsive incident at the store in New Castle. Short, seen in the below mug shot, was booked into a Wilmington jail, from which he was later released on bail.
According to a Delaware State Police report, the 20-year-old victim was standing in a Walmart aisle texting on her phone when Short walked past her, saying “Excuse me.” At that point, police noted, she “suddenly felt something wet on her buttocks, thigh and leg.”

Upon examination, the woman--who thought she may have been spat upon--realized there was a “a ‘glob’ of semen on her leg, just below her knee,” reported police. Preliminary testing of the substance was “indicative of semen,” investigators added.

Man with chainsaw leads police to growing operation

http://fox6now.com/2013/08/23/police-fin...-chainsaw/

SHEBOYGAN (WITI) — On Wednesday night, August 21st, Sheboygan police responded to a home for a call of a man threatening a woman with a chainsaw, but that was just the beginning of a list of charges for everyone involved.

“Dispatch advised the officers that there was a man wielding a chainsaw at that residence and there was blood,” said Assistant District Attorney Samantha Prahl. “What they see when they get there is Gerald, who is bloody.”

According to a criminal complaint, the incident began as a fight between Gerald Andrews and Christopher Netzer, but grew to involved Andrews’ wife, Jessica, as well.

Jessica Andrews tells officers that the argument began over the dog urinating on the floor.

“There’s two sides to the story. Gerald says that he comes home to find his wife, Jessica, with Christopher – but the three of them, to my understanding, have a consensual threesome that has been going on for some time,” explained Prahl.

The criminal complaint says Jessica and Netzer barricaded themselves in a bedroom when they heard Gerald start a chainsaw. Shortly after, police arrived.

“Given that there’s a chainsaw involved here, they don’t know who’s in the house. There’s blood everywhere. As they do so, one of the officers is going down into the basement and sees a room with the door closed with a fan going, thinking there could be somebody hiding in there,” said Prahl.

Officers did not find anyone else in the house, but they did find something quite unexpected — what officials are calling a medium-sized marijuana growing operation.

“It’s 16 marijuana plants that are about five feet tall,” said Prahl.

Maine man dressed as Joker, charged with DUI

Quote:PITTSFIELD, Maine - Police didn't need Batman to help them arrest the Joker in central Maine over the weekend.

A man returning from a Halloween party and wearing makeup like the Joker was charged with drunken driving after crashing his car in Pittsfield early Sunday.

Police say Dennis Lalime, 64, lost control of his car at about 2 a.m., then struck multiple trees and rocks before coming to a rest. Lalime wasn't injured.

The Morning Sentinel reports that a nearby homeowner heard the crash and called police, who arrested Lalime on an operating under the influence charge.
