NEWARK, Ohio (AP) ―
Authorities in Ohio say a man has been charged with drunken driving after crashing his motorized bar stool. Police in Newark, 30 miles east of Columbus, say when they responded to a report of a crash with injuries on March 4, they found a man who had wrecked a bar stool powered by a deconstructed lawn mower.
Twenty-eight-year Kile Wygle was hospitalized for minor injuries. Police say he was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated after he told an officer at the hospital that he had consumed 15 beers. Wygle told police his motorized bar stool can go up to 38 mph.
Wygle has pleaded not guilty and has requested a jury trial.

The headline in this morning's New York Times reads like something out of The Onion: "Virtual Leagues Fold, Forcing Gamers to Find Actual Jobs." Alas, 'tis true -- and the man at the center of the story is Dallas's own Emmanuel Rodriguez, a 23-year-old professional video-game player and world champ who's back working customer service at Sam's Club following the demise of corporate-sponsored gaming tournaments and the subsequent shriveling of a circuit that allowed The Man Called Master to earn a base salary of $30,000 playing Dead or Alive, among other titles. Says Rodriguez in a piece adorned with Allison V. Smith photos, "Going into this, I busted my heart out. It felt like I put in all this energy to build something big. I felt like everything I built up was gone."

Full story and great picture of the master
Will it blend? That is the question.

I might have to go to that Sam's and act like a clueless customer and ask him a bunch of questions about video games.

KINGSTON – If you think your mug shot may be on a “most wanted” poster, you should probably stay away from the post office.
A Scranton man, wanted on forgery charges, was arrested after a Kingston postal worker recognized the customer’s picture on a “most wanted” poster hanging inside the post office.

Kingston police said Alfonso Rizzuto, 47, was in possession of an electronic stun gun and pepper spray when he was apprehended outside the Wyoming Avenue facility on March 31. Rizzuto was wanted by Scranton police on theft, forgery and illegal use of a credit card.

He was charged by Kingston police with possession of an electronic incapacitation device, identity theft and providing false identification to law enforcement. He remained jailed Monday at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $300,000 total bail.
According to the criminal complaint:
