Pa. Liquor Control Board to Sponsor Sixth Annual Philadelphia Whiskey Festival Nov. 12

The sixth annual Philadelphia Whiskey Festival will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 12, at the Union League, 140 S. Broad St., Philadelphia.
