So, I sent an email yesterday to the three addresses Bruce offered up. Received a message yesterday afternoon from one of them and was assured that they would follow up.
I received a phone call today from the Director of Customer Service. Long story short, the game is being shipped to me with their compliments and a very sincere apology for the shortcomings of their boy Florian.
They assured me that if half of what I said was true, then they dropped the ball big time.
