Flavor Incoming

Well, they didn't turn out nearly as flavorful as I hoped. I didn't realize that I forgot to trim the fat until this morning (I unknowingly bought them untrimmed), so I think that affected the marinading process. Live and learn I guess.
They're still very smoky tasting and tender, so that's good. |
