I'm braising some ribs in a mixture of red ale and oatmeal stout, dried chipotle, smoked paprika, oregano, rosemary, dill, garlic powder and black pepper.
After it's done braising, I'm gonna reduce the braising liquid and make a BBQ sauce out of it using some brown sugar, ketchup and perhaps some balsamic vinegar, then gonna stick the ribs glazed with the sauce back in the oven along with hand-cut homefries I made.
