0.047uf is usually more suited to your avg. single coils, and 0.022uf is standard for humbuckers.
Given the fact that the Sinners are quite unlike your average single coil in terms of raw output and EQ, I'd go for the 0.033uf cap, cuz that's a nice middle ground between 0.047 and 0.022.
I recently put a 0.015uf Orange Drop on my Showmaster. It's supposedly the correct value for the Clapton "woman tone", and it does nail it quite nicely with the tone rolled down to 0. Round and vocal while still having good articulation.
