Traffic Alerts to your Phone

This is only available for Canada, but it would be cool to see it come to the States. It's called TrafficEye, by The Weather Network, and it basically shows you traffic conditions 24/7. Doesn't give you directions, but it's up to date traffic, so you can plan route. Pretty cool application.
