As far as exclusives go Drakes: Uncharted is the best one IMO. It is a fantastic game, but is rather short (6-10 hrs). Little Big Planet is a great choice as well, but may not be your cup of tea. It is a platformer that also allows you to build your own levels. Apparently the level creater is very deep.
MLB: The show is an exclusive as well and it is the best Baseball game on the market.
Other than that there really isn't all that much worth picking up on the PS3 over the xbox. The blu-ray is awesome though :)
