This one is similar to Bruce's suggestion. Easy food, right off the soup can label:
Fill a large baking pan with (2 cups?) of uncooked rice. Add 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup, one can Cream of Cellery soup, and one can of water. Stir it all together and spread evenly in pan. Put several boneless chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture. Sprinkle one package of Lipton's Onion Soup mix over the top. Bake in the oven (I dunno - probably 425 degrees for 45 minutes) and then eat.
Takes 5 minutes to prep and will feed you for a few days.
