I think I can work something up. I'd like to wait a couple of more days to see what other big names are revealed.
A-Rod's name came out of a report of MLB players who tested positive in '03. There are 104 names on the list. When a butt-ton of players were tested in '03, they were told that their names would remain confidential. If more than 5% of players tested came up positive, then MLB was going to increase the frequency of testing in '04.
That is why the judge said that Bonds' 3 failed tests from '03 were inadmissable.
I'm sure that in the next day or two, we're going to see a lot more names emerge, many of who were never even mentioned in the Mitchell Report.
