had some smoked mackerel, baked sweet potato and avocado last night.

no digestive problems.

In another day or two, I'm gonna move back onto spicy stuff and beer. Hooray!

If y'all haven't tried putting tater tots in a waffle iron yet, you have to do it.

It's like perfectly crisp crosscut fries.

I'm more of a 'hashbrowns in the toaster' kind of guy. They turn out great.

I quarter the pizza and a each slice weighs around 3+ lbs. Blood sugar still high 12 hours later after eating 1 piece.
