I figure the Terrell Owens saga is just bout to heat up again, so why not give the dick bag his own thread?

Quote:IRVING, Texas (AP)ââ¬âItââ¬â¢s time for T.O. to find a new home. And time for the Dallas Cowboys to make a fresh start.
Terrell Owens was cut by the Cowboys on Thursday. While his on-field performances were quite good, his divisive behavior off the fieldââ¬âand sometimes on the sideline and in the huddleââ¬âmade Owens too much of a distraction for team owner Jerry Jones.
ââ¬ÅIn the aftermath of the season, we talked about change,ââ¬Â Jones said in a statement. ââ¬ÅSome of what is changing involves the process and some of it involves people. This is a decision that was made based upon consideration for an entire team.
ââ¬ÅWe will move on now with a new teamââ¬âa new attitudeââ¬âand into a new stadium. The evaluation process and the prospect for change will continue at every level of the organization.ââ¬Â
So Owensââ¬â¢ stay in Big D ends after three years; he wonââ¬â¢t get a chance to thrill crowds in the Cowboysââ¬â¢ new home this year. Nor will he get a chance to turn off his teammates with his histrionics.
Owens released a statement on his Web site thanking Jones, coach Wade Phillips and the organization ââ¬Åfor the opportunity to be a member of the team for the past three years.ââ¬Â
ââ¬ÅA big thanks to the fansââ¬âyouââ¬â¢ve been awesome! I look forward to the upcoming season and continuing to play in the NFL,ââ¬Â Owens added.
Where that will be is anyoneââ¬â¢s guess. Because many of the headlines T.O. creates are about ego and attitude. Jones wants the focus on winning, something the Cowboys havenââ¬â¢t done in the playoffs since 1996.
