Candied baby carrots
Broccoli with cheese sauce
Apple shortcake with cinnamon whipped cream

On a health kick. Just ran 2 miles, lifted a while and had a Banana Chocolate Protein Smoothie with a little scoop of peanut butter for dinner.

Vanilla protein smoothie with blueberries, strawberries and a squirt of agave nectar. The first cheeseburger I get my hands on is getting punished.

I am down 20 lbs and 2 -3ish pant sizes, still another 20 to go. My 38 inch pants were getting tight and I was up to 210 lbs, I am down to 190 and my 36s are starting to fall of of me.
But dinner tonight is
Filet Mignon with a shallot, sage red wine reduction
Fettuccini alfredo
Steamed green beans.
Sunday is my big food day. It makes dieting easier knowing I am going to eat like a king on Sunday.

Hit the 185 mark for the first time in 10 years! Its funny I said when I got here I would have a celebratory meal but now that I am here I don't want to erase the hard work. 179 is the next goal!
