It's my day off today, so I get to play a little. I have a couple duck breasts that are sitting in olive oil, garlic, rosemary and a little fleur de sel. Those will get grilled up, sliced nice and thin and then placed over a salad of mixed greens, red onions,pine nuts, sundried tomatoes, gorgonzola cheese and then topping it all off with an orange basil vinaigrette.
To drink? I have a bottle of 2006 late harvest Gewurztraminer from Three Rivers Winery that will go well with it.
