I am down 20 lbs and 2 -3ish pant sizes, still another 20 to go. My 38 inch pants were getting tight and I was up to 210 lbs, I am down to 190 and my 36s are starting to fall of of me.
But dinner tonight is
Filet Mignon with a shallot, sage red wine reduction
Fettuccini alfredo
Steamed green beans.
Sunday is my big food day. It makes dieting easier knowing I am going to eat like a king on Sunday.
