Well, that just killed pretzels for me.
Right now I'm leaning out and on day 2 of a three day carb shock, so no carbs for me just some dairy, loads of lean protein and about a truck load of fruits and veggies each day.
Then a fast and a cleansing.
So by Friday around 6 I'll be all done.
May have a wrap then, but my wife writes the exam for the 6 credit course she's doing on Saturday, so Saturday night we're having pizza!
