What's for dinner

Make a biscuit top one it is like heaven. Just follow the Bisquick recipe and roll it out and put it on top. Freaking decadent.

Roast pork, simmered in gravy.

I haven't decided if I'm using it for a sandwich or if I'm serving it up over pasta or rice.
Trust me, I'm a medical professional.

Made some sort of Nasi Goreng (Indonesian fried rice) with chipotle peppers (dried and rehydrated not the canned adobo sauce stuff). Fried egg, sunny side up, on top.

Giant slices of roasted eggplant with a simple chipotle rub (S+P, oregano, ground chipotle) on the side.
