What's for dinner

If it's any consolation, it wasn't good. The meat was on the verge of being freezer burnt and the sauce sucked.

I could never go vegan.... Bruce seems to be in misery. huge grin

Vegetarian - yes. I've done that significant stretches of time. I don't eat beef, chicken or pork (broth does get into what I eat on an infrequent basis).

I wouldn't say misery. Vegetarian would be much easier. Last night I had a veggie, bean and vegan cheese burrito with beans and spanish rice. It was delicious. I do miss pizza, real pizza with cheese.

We're having steak of some sort for dinner tonight.

I'm making pulled pork.

Paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chipotle powder, black pepper, brown sugar, and oregano for the rub.

I might post a pic or two when it's finished.

Last night was cheese enchiladas from Trader Joes and mixed vegetables.

And the pulled pork was rushed so I didn't actually get to cook to the point of pullable tenderness.

I did end up drinking a couple of Guinness tonight though.

It made me very happy.

Bangged out a Teriyaki stir fry. I bump it up with some crushed red pepper and pineapple.
