I am but it was worth it. I think most of it was water weight from all of the sodium and beer. I am back down 2 lbs this morning. I think I should be back to normal by Friday.

I tried something a little different - Egg salad sandwiches, but instead of Mayo, made some guacamole. It was really good. Probably have enough for tomorrow night and lunch the next day.
Next time - half batch.

We ate a late lunch at a Chinese buffet.
There was no room for supper.
