I kept seeing positive comments from folks and we decided to catch a matinee last week.
It had action. It had drama. It had people with confidence in themselves. It had an impossible mission.
Heroes. Excitement.
The story picks up 30 years after the original Top Gun. Maverick is nearing the end of his career and gets a new assignment. His new bosses don’t like him, but have no choice but to use him. There are a couple of side stories that are interesting.
It did NOT have any of the bizarre Hollyweird agenda pushing.
And the viewers are going in droves to see it. No, it’s not “deep”.
We thoroughly enjoyed this movie. Go see it. Be entertained.
