I saw a segment on the news this past week about bath salts, that shit will really mess you up. Some guy slit his own throat, he lived but once he got out of the hospital he was still tripping out and shot himself in the head.

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) today exercised its emergency scheduling authority to control five chemicals used to make faux-marijuana products. Except as authorized by law, this action makes possessing and selling these chemicals, or the products that contain them, illegal. Over the past few years these ââ¬Åfake potââ¬Â products have become popular because they have been marketed as legal substances that produce a marijuana-like high. However, since 2009 the DEA has received an increasing number of reports from across the country detailing the potential dangers of these flavored chemical-laced herbs. The use of these products, such as ââ¬ÅSpice,ââ¬Â ââ¬ÅBlaze,ââ¬Â ââ¬ÅK-2,ââ¬Â and ââ¬ÅRed X Dawn,ââ¬Â can cause serious side effects including convulsions, anxiety attacks, dangerously elevated heart rates, increased blood pressure, vomiting, and disorientation. Todayââ¬â¢s temporary scheduling action will remain in effect for at least one year while the DEA and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services investigate these products to see if a permanent ban is necessary.

It was a pot head's dream: Free marijuana lying on the street for the taking, without a cop in sight.
San Jose police say a truck illegally carrying marijuana crashed and ended up on its side near Oakridge Mall early Wednesday, sending large bags of pot throughout the intersection as the frightened driver ran away.
Several motorists and pedestrians who happened to be passing through the area ran out and grabbed most of the marijuana bags and took off before police arrived.
Officers eventually collected the remaining bags of weed left at the scene and also found a loaded handgun inside the white truck. They're still looking for the driver and all the people who snatched up the loose bags of pot and don't have any suspect descriptions.
It's unclear how the truck crashed at Blossom Hill Road and Playa Del Rey in South San Jose at 12:50 a.m. But there were no other vehicles involved in the crash, which ended with the truck landing on its side in the middle of the intersection.

And this is why we never let Hunter Thompson join the TMR Staff. The guy just couldn't keep up with us.

Saw a guy in Lowell today that was a 5 foot version of Beatlejuice. Tiniest head I have ever seen and fucked up teeth.
