Is is legal now to have up to an ounce of weed in Mass, all they will do is take the weed and give you a ticket if they find the weed. I wonder if te price of pot will go down now?

no, most dealers are still trafficking large amounts and taking the same risk.
it's the little guy they won't have to lock up anymore..... thus unburdening the sytem. way to go MA.

Too bad the morons in MA didn't vote to repeal the income tax here. Instead we want to give more money to the state, smart thinking, we could have given ourselves a 5% pay raise while also using that money for weed!

They were talking about this law on the radio last night. It is still illegal in MA to sell or possess paraphernalia. So while weed is decriminalized you can still go to jail for having a bong. Why not make hand guns legal next but possessing bullets is a felony.
