The "other team" concept is when you don't live in the city where your favorite team is located, the only thing on tv is the local team so after 12 years you end up rooting for that team to do good, therefore ending up with an "other team". Exclusions being living in Denver, KC or Dallas, you never end up rooting for those teams.

Don't get me wrong I bleed Black & Silver, and I've been bleeding for a long while now, but the Cards are pretty exciting and it would be awesome if they pulled the upset, cause I don't think I would be able to turn on the news here for at least 6 months.

Come on you know you secretly root for the Patriots.LOL:eek:

My team is in the AFC while the Cardinals are in the NFC so I think I can get away with it. But like I said if I lived in Denver or KC it would never ever happen, much like yourself.

Amen.

13 years in Dallas and nowhere near being a fan.
Will it blend? That is the question.

anybody win any cash on the game?

If the Cards came back and scored a TD on that final drive, and had enough time to kick the PAT, I would have won $5k in a block pool. I was surprised they didn't review that final play by the Cardinals and whether it was incomplete or a fumble.

Man, that hurts. I didn't even come close with a 2 and 9 and a 2 and 4. What shit!!! Who gets a friggin 2:mad:

Anyway, they didn't "review" the last play, but you may have heard Al Michaels say that the booth "confirmed" that it was a fumble. It was very, very close though.
