U.S. Will Pay $2.6 Million to Train Chinese Prostitutes to Drink Responsibly on the Job
Flag of the People's Republic of China (CNSNews.com) -- The National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAA), a part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), will pay $2.6 million in U.S. tax dollars to train Chinese prostitutes to drink responsibly on the job.
Dr. Xiaoming Li, the researcher conducting the program, is director of the Prevention Research Center at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit.
The grant, made last November, refers to prostitutes as "female sex workers"--or FSW--and their handlers as "gatekeepers."

Holy shit, why is our Government even concerned about this kid of crap? From what I've seen on tv, heroin and meth are used pretty common by the hookers...maybe we could give them a few million to make sure they use those properly.

I say the goverment saves itself about 2.55 Milloin and just send our crew over there. If we can teach a monkey to drink we sure as hell can teach Chineese hookers.
