Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter said his city, which is under hurricane warning, will not order evacuations but urged residents, especially those in flood-prone areas, to use common sense and evacuate if necessary.

Still here. Some pretty significant flooding in some areas pretty close by, but my immediate area seems to be ok.

Now the news is reporting on the flooded areas and in each area there is that one asshole who thought he was special and tried to get his car through.... so all you see is the side mirrors and above.
