This Weekends Movies

Friday, June 13th. The Incredible Hulk and The Happening. Whose seen them, who plans on seeing them and what did you think? I'd like to see The Hulk, because I have a man crush on Ed Norton.

I'd like to punch Ed Norton in the neck, only because he married Christy Turlington. Other then that, I dig him.

As for the topic at hand, none of the above...I still haven't seen Indy yet. I haven't heard much about The Happening, the local paper said it wasn't available for review, that's usually not a good sign.

I recently saw American History X starring Ed Norton. Excellent actor and he pumped some weights for that role.

I plan on seeing the Hulk this weekend. I heard The Happening was a crappy movie.

I read a review in the Post that trashed it, also Rotten Tomatoes says "The Happening begins with promise, but unfortunately descends into an incoherent and unconvincing trifle"

Probably won't see either of these...

The Happening is supposed to suck donkey balls.

The Hulk could be okay, but I've just ever been a Hulk fan. It's fun, but I just don't care enough to shell out the 12 bucks to see it. On the cool side of it, there are parts that were filmed in Toronto, and you can see a lot of Yonge St, even in the trailer. I love that you can see the large lit up sign for the Zanzibar, one of Yonge St's more notorious strip clubs.

I took the wife to a comedy theater this weekend because we couldn't find a movie worth seeing. I avoid M. Night movies at all costs. He blew his creative wad early and now he just turns out one turd after another.
Will it blend? That is the question.

Alright, place your bets on how much god damned money WALL-E is going to make this weekend.... and let us know what you thought of the film, assuming your one of the 5.8 billion heading out to see it this weekend.

If anyone sees it and wants to do a site review, go for it.

Put me down for it making an "assload" of money.

I will be in Vegas getting tattooed, so there will be a 0.0000001% chance that I will see it this weekend, but I am really looking forward to seeing it. I am pretty certain it will be my 2nd favorite film of the year. Right behind The Dark Knight.
