It's one thing to shed your clothes when it gets hot in the city, but one woman is taking it to an entirely different level.

Meet Moira Johnston of Havertown.

She is wearing jeans and shoes, but no shirt.

As she sits topless in Rittenhouse Square, Moira tells Fox 29's Chris O'Connell that she a women's rights activist. she walks around Philly and New York topless - to prove her point.

"I want to make people feel they have freedom over their own body and we don't have to be ashamed of our body."

This is certainly getting her lots of attention. Men and woman stared. Some in disbelief, some giggled. She even posed for a few pictures.

Along with the attention, comes some trouble with the law. She was detained and handcuffed on Sunday. "The police officer was trying to tell me if I want to look like this I have to be at a strip club"

Moira was given a citation for failure to disburse, not for nudity. Why? Because she was wearing pasties, so "technically" she was not nude.

"Basically I was saying I'm not doing anything illegal. and I'm just sitting here topless with my nipples covered"

We asked Johnston is this something kids should see?

"Since I don't view them as being exclusively sexual I don't think that they're harmful to see," she replied.

Johnston says she'll continue here topless crusade. In the meantime, Philadelphia police and the district attorney's office are still looking into the legality of her topless protest.

Ravens running back Bernard Pierce is described as shaken but not injured after he was robbed at gunpoint and carjacked on Sunday in Philadelphia.

CBS 3 in Philadelphia reports that Pierce was robbed and had his BMW stolen. The car has since been recovered, and police have processed it to check for evidence.

According to the report, Pierce and a friend were in his car when two men came up in another car. One jumped out with a gun, robbed Pierce and his friend and forced them out of the BMW.

NEW JERSEY (MYFOXNY.COM) -A man who was arrested after waving a Confederate flag and shouting racial slurs at Camden residents during a country music concert was arrested again Saturday for another bias incident.

Camden, N.J. police say that Darren Walp, 33, of Ridley Park, Pa., was on his way to another concert at the time of the latest incident.

Police say that at approximately 3:30 p.m., Walp got out of his pickup truck at a stoplight near Broadway and Morgan to get a beer from the cooler located in the bed.

Police say that he began screaming racial slurs at the driver of a vehicle behind him, an African-American man who had a small child in his car.

Cops claim that Walp challenged the man to get out of his car. Instead, the victim drove away and flagged down a cop, providing a description of Walp and his red truck.

Officers were able to find Walp in one of the parking lots of the Susquehanna Bank Center concert arena. He was parked with other patrons of the Blake Shelton concert.

He was identified by the victim and then arrested on bias intimidation charges. He was sent to the county jail on full cash bail of $2,500.

“We never want to see this individual in the city of Camden again,” said Camden County Police Chief J. Scott Thomson. “Therefore, I will ask the Susquehanna Bank Center to permanently ban this individual from their venue.”

Police say that on June 22, Walp was attending the Toby Keith concert when he climbed the fence of the private Royal Court residential complex near the concert venue and began waving a confederate flag and shouting racial slurs at residents.

Walp was charged with harassment, disorderly conduct, bias intimidation and criminal trespassing after the first incident.

Philadelphia police are investigating after a Lions fan said he was attacked by a group of Eagles fans after Sunday’s game.

Police told the Associated Press that a 33-year-old man wearing a Lions hat and jersey was assaulted while leaving Lincoln Financial Field after the Eagles beat the Lions on Sunday.

The fan told the Philadelphia Inquirer that because he was wearing a Barry Sanders jersey, Eagles fans pelted him with snowballs throughout the game, and that as he left after the game, a group of six men surrounded him and screamed at him.

“I was like, ‘Are you guys serious? You won, enjoy it,’” the man said.

Instead, he says, the group of Eagles fans attacked him, punched him, choked him and knocked him unconscious.

Philadelphia police say they are searching for surveillance video that may help identify anyone involved in the attack, and they are asking witnesses to come forward.

I read an article this morning with more details and they all sounded bogus. The area he said he was attacked and the time it happened.... it is swarming with cops directing traffic. The best part was the Eagles fan that helped was so upset that it happened, he ripped his jersey off and threw it in the trash. nice

PHILADELPHIA -- Philadelphia police say someone broke into a home belonging to Eagles star receiver DeSean Jackson and stole a handgun and more than $250,000 in cash and jewelry.

Investigators said Saturday the burglary happened sometime earlier in the week at Jackson's home in South Philadelphia, not far from the team's practice facility.

Police say the cash and jewelry was taken from a safe.

A silver 9mm handgun is also missing. No arrests have been made.

A police spokeswoman says the investigation is ongoing.

Jackson was the Eagles' leading receiver this season with 82 catches for 1,332 yards and nine touchdowns.

He signed a five-year, $51 million contract before the 2012 season.

Philadelphia Cops Are In Hot Pursuit Of The Swiss Cheese Pervert

A new supervillain is terrorizing the Philadelphia neighborhood of Mayfair, armed with nothing more than sliced cheese and a very specific sexual fetish. The Mayfair Town Watch reported on its Facebook page Saturday that the "Swiss Cheese Pervert" has been harassing neighborhood women, imploring them to harness the power of cheese for his own sexual gratification. Philly.com reports:

According to the group, the suspect, a heavyset white man estimated to be in his late 40s or early 50s, approaches women while driving a silver or black sedan with his genitals exposed. He then displays a piece of sliced Swiss cheese and offers to pay the women to put the cheese on his penis and perform sexual acts on him using it.

A police source yesterday confirmed that the Special Victims Unit is investigating the man after several women from the Mayfair area filed reports describing similar encounters with a man displaying what the source called a "major sexual cheese fetish."
