The Sherriff took away Shaq's honorary badge for the rap, what happened to the first amendment? Hopefully David Stearn isn’t stupid enough to say or try anything. This is off season.

I think it had more to do with him dropping the n-word in there than anything else. If it was any other cop doing that, they'd be fired. Total PR move for the police dept. Its a non-issue for the NBA.

However, if bad rapping was a crime, Shaq should be put to death.
