Due to circumstances beyond our control, and despite our previous enthusiasm to host Extreme Beer Fest this weekend, the city of Boston has decided to end all public transportation by 3:30pm on Friday to due weather conditions. We've discussed with various sources, but this has crippled our options by restricting volunteers, venue staff, attendees and others from reaching the venue.
Updates:
Weather is shifting deeper into Saturday.
Governor is closing public transportation, with no timeframe of reopening.
Road bans are now occurring.
Postponed
With much regret ...
(Friday) Night of the Barrels is postponed.
(Saturday) Extreme Beer Fest is postponed; both sessions.
We're talking to the venue. These events will happen at a later date (to be announced) and we'll be posting options for ticket holders shortly. Questions/comments: events@beeradvocate.com(We're dealing with a lot right now, so please be patient.)
We sincerely regret the inconvenience this has caused, and thank you for your patience and understanding.
