If true, Sanchez would most likely be put on IR, meaning Geno Smith would be the started indefinately. I think the Jets are probably better off if this is the case.

Heard an interesting discussion on ESPN radio this morning about how Sanchez should have left the Jets after last season. There are teams in the league that would be better with him... Jacksonville and Minnesota specifically.
