Yet another example of human filth I would love to drive my fist through his face. Someone needs to tattoo "child abuser" across this guy's forehead and throw him in the worst prison in Pennsylvania.

A Pennsylvania couple has been ordered to stand trial on charges they tattooed a smiley face and a derogatory word on a 12-year-old girl who spent the night at their home.

The Titusville Herald reports 33-year-old Randall Charlton III and 30-year-old Melissa Becker, both of Centerville, on Tuesday waived their rights to preliminary hearings on child endangerment and related charges over the May 14 tattooing.

Crawford County prosecutors say Charlton and Becker didn’t contact the girl’s mother for permission to be tattooed. That’s against the law in Pennsylvania.
The girl was visiting children who were being supervised by Charlton and Becker at the time.

An affidavit obtained by the paper it states that Charlton used his tattoo kit and tattoo gun to tattoo a “smiley face,” with the word “bitch” above it, on the girl’s left forearm.

The story of Victoria Wilcher, who was disfigured by dog attack, being asked to leave a KFC Jackson because her appearance was scaring other customers was a story generated out of whole cloth and resulted in the family receiving more than $135,000 in cash, as well as gifts and free surgeries, sources with deep knowledge of the investigation said exclusively to the Laurel Leader-Call.

he source said surveillance videos show that at no time on the 15th were any children in the store who match the description of Victoria Wilcher or Mullins. The tapes were viewed in both the Meadowbrook and Woodrow Wilson KFC locations in Jackson, the source said. In hours of tape, the source said one small boy with his parents is seen, but they order food and leave the store.
