Morris Day and the Time

Take the stage at 8pm CDT. The guitarist has two Marshall 1/2 stacks. It looks like a lefty axe on the stand, but I don't recognize the brand. There are two Ampeg bass stacks. Two keyboard stands w/ 3 boards each.

The center mic (I assume will be for Morris) has FOUR monitor wedges. He must be deafer than I am.

Later there will be a tribute band in the club in the same building. Their name is ZOSO. Guess who they cover.;)

Morris also has LARGE side fill cabs on each side of the stage.

After the lights came up the guitar looked like a Schecter.

ZOSO's setup is similar

A pair of JCM 800 amps, 3 cabs. 2 Ampeg stacks for bass.

Well, the JCMs were with the Time. There was an older Marshall with ZOSO and another that looked like "Corrine". It was in script and hard to read. from 30' away.

ZOSO was LOUD! Wow. But they did a fantastic job of "being" Zep. musically and visually. The guitarist did the moves of Page, and the singer did the annoying movements and gestures exactly like Plant.
