Help Me Decide

It looks like I'm selling my Mesa cab to make room for the Avatar, so I'll have a bit of extra cash. I want to hop on a new guitar this week and I've narrowed it down to two. Help me choose!

Exhibit A: $1200, comes with case. It's got a few bumps and bruises but nothing major.



Exhibit B: $1000, no case, described as in like new condition.



The price between the two isn't much of a deal, as I need a case for the second one and I can probably talk the first one down a bit. I'm more curious as to what you would pick if you had my collection. I've got:

62 RI Strat with StraBro90's
94 PRS CE24 with 59/C + WLH
Neck Thru strat with PG set
D'avanzo #8(well almost)
Music Man Morse Y2D (may be sold to fund the PRS)

They're both pretty similar. Is there really much of a difference between a McCarty and a Singlecut? I'm tempted to go with the latter just because it looks in nicer condition, plus it would be cool to have at least one guitar with the typical LP electronics layout.

I would go with the DC the single cut doesn't look symmetrical. Makes me crazy.

On appearance alone, because everything else you posted might as well have been in Latin, I'd go with the first one.

They are both nice, but I think you need something a little different.

I'd go with the McCarty.

Because I've been gassing for a McCarty for years.

the Singlecut is prolly nicer than any LP though. and I know you've been wanting one...
