So, the first episode?

Here's my opiniom on the episode:

I felt that the pacing was waaaay off for the premier of the final season. I understand that they are setting the story up and explaining the character transitions but damn.

I dunno, I enjoyed it. I loved the Bohemian Rhapsody cover.

Overall, I enjoyed the episode. It just didn't really "wow" me.

Plus I just want Gemma to die a horrible, awful, death as quickly as possible.

She probably won't pay for her sins until the end of the season, or at least near it. Interesting that they brought Nero back to Gemma and Jax.

There's a part of me that thinks Jax already knows "the secret".

He has shown in the past that he can be pretty cunning, and he's not blind. There was an undertone to his interactions with Gemma that makes me wonder what's up.

...either that or he's phoning it in on the last season.

At this point nothing would surprise me.

Though I'm sure near the end of the season shit will get really shocking.

Its a great show. What do you think of it overall?

highly enjoyable, but not quite as insanely awesome as Breaking Bad or the early seasons of Dexter.

Still, very good. And Breaking Bad didn't make me want a harley. Every time I watched dexter though, I wanted breakfast, eggs, ham, toast, coffee, and an orange.
