you could look into Suhr pickups. I believe they have triangle mounts also.
or you could look into DMZs.
I've played a few DMZs, and they are fine, well made pickups. But to my ears, they definitely have a sound of their own. I tend to prefer Duncans these days because Duncans sound a lot more like the tones I hear on records, whether it's old classic stuff or newer stuff.
I don't really listen to many Dimarzio users though, so their sound is not really something I go after.
I find Duncans have a more extended high end, with much more detail there. And also tend to have a bit more bloom in the low end, for the most part, whereas Dimarzios tend to be more about detail in the midrange, and a tighter low end.
