Had the weirdest idea a few minutes ago -
The Egg Foo Young burger. What say ye? I think it would work.

In other words a http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St._Paul_sandwich. Green onions and shrimp or ham would be good.

Is there such a thing as a quiche sandwich? I might swing by and get Ryan.
