Heated up some coconut cream/milk, added some left over 35% cooking cream.
Dumped in some leftover semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted them with the coconut milk and cream, and added a generous couple of shots of brandy. It's thick, luxurious, has a bit of extra tasty goodness of the coconut and brandy, and man, it's totally hitting the spot right now, after getting very poor sleep punctuated by 10 hr shifts at work for the past 3 days.
it's only 12:20 in the morning/afternoon, and I don't care that I'm starting to get my buzz on, because I have the day off, I'm working on one of my guitars, listening to awesome music and enjoying life.
