The world is crazy I tell you , buddy Chuck has the Ampeg and I had it all setup nice in the jam room. He put the Marshall Valvestate in there with the 4x12 and wants to get rid of the Ampeg which was his uncles he got when he died.Both of those amps can be a little much for the room. He is going to get one of those Marshall DSL 40 watters should make him happy I am guessing. I figured some of you guys might want a shot at it though since it is a pretty smoking amp. The best idea I had was to trade it in at GC and buy the Marshall there but if one of you guys wants or needs it we could probably work something out. I am not going to put it on CL or Ebay just isn't my thing.

the VH140C is one of the undisputed legends of solid state death metal guitar tone. It just sounds fuckin great pulling off those kinda tones.
if that happens to be something you're into, it could be worth a modest price.

There is no price set , $250-300 would be a deal. It is in great shape , I cleaned it up works perfectly. They sell for 400 to 600ish for the most part think I saw a guy paid 800 for one.I had it setup for classic rock and it sounded great with the gain set on 2-1/2
